WebOffice 10 R3 provides the so called administration pages (synadmin) to
•perform various administrative functions,
•display important information about the runtime system,
•check license status
•manage log settings
•...
WebOffice 10 R3 administration pages are access restricted and require a password. The default value for this password is admin.

Administration page (synadmin)
The WebOffice 10 R3 administration page includes into the following tabs:
•Full text Search
•Updates
Additionally there are two buttons in the bar on top of the administration page.

Note: Please immediately change the standard password after installation of WebOffice 10 R3! See chapter Change WebOffice Administration Pages Password for details.
Note: A golden rule for successfully managing a server application is NEVER ADMINISTER DURING REGULAR OPERATION TIME, i.e. you should do your administration work after users have finished their work (e.g. from 5 or 6 pm on) or before they have even started (e.g. before 7 or 8 am).
