Logging Base Data Storage

Synchronizing the base data with the UserManagement Database is documented on application server. See log file in <WebOffice web application>\WEB-INF\work\WebOffice_author.log.

By default log entries will be made on "ERROR" level. The log level can be set on "ALL" or "WARN" level for trouble shooting reasons by changing the file WebOffice_author-Log.config in WebOffice author installation directory on administrative server (i.e. C:\Program Files (x86)\SYNERGIS\SYNERGIS WebOffice author 10\WebOffice_author-Log.config).
