Access Statistics

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

On the Access statistics tab you can quickly get an impression on the count of WebOffice 10 R3 client sessions (a session gets established if a user opens the WebOffice 10 R3 client in its browser and works with it. Therefore the count of WebOffice 10 R3 sessions is a good basis for getting information on WebOffice 10 R3 usage). Within one session hundreds of requests/transactions may get processed (i.e. the sessions count is totally different from transaction, page hit or page impression count).

You can focus on a specific project configuration or get an analysis for all projects of the whole web application.

Click Generate Report button for generating a numeric report.

Select one or multiple rows of the report (for making an analysis on two weeks without reporting the weekend, i.e Saturday and Sunday you can select e.g. rows 1 through 5 and 8 through 12 without selecting rows 6 and 7 by pressing the Ctrl key while clicking on each of the rows).

Statistics can be split up project specific, user specific and request type specific. Logged request types are: Project start, map display, print outputs, result display and distinct user login per day. Access statistics reports and diagrams can be generated directly in the synadmin web page or with table calculation applications using the WebOffice.csv (see chapter WebOffice Access Statistics for details).
