A wizard for defining selectable/identifiable Layers is available by clicking on the Queries stack on the left hand side of WebOffice author. This wizard enables you to easily control and maintain the selectable/identifiable Layer configuration aspect in your project configuration.

Define selectable / identifiable Layers
First, select the Map service for which you want to define selectable/identifiable Layers.
WebOffice author then provides a list of layers which have a selectable/identifiable feature class as data source.
By checking the Search possible? Respectively Identify/Select? checkbox you can quickly specify behavior for each of the Layers. Optionally it is possible to specify the Reference scale (relevant for displaying object selections in the map).

Note: You can check the properties for each of the available layers. Select (highlighted blue) one of the Layers for configuring a Result fields configuration for this layer by clicking on the left hand side of one of the Layer rows for selecting the Layer.
Note: You can delete Layers from the list pressing the ‘Delete’ key for a selected row.

When finishing the wizard, WebOffice author adds the Layer configuration elements to the current project configuration:
