Open WebOffice author using the WebOffice author toolbar. Check WebOffice author (Administrative Computer) to ensure that your Basic settings of WebOffice author are correct.

 

If you want to create a new WebOffice 10 R3 project then use the Create WebOffice project wizard (see Create WebOffice Project Wizard for details).

 

If you want to update an existing project then open the WebOffice 10 R3 project configuration.
