You can now do the required changes in both

 

•WebOffice 10 R3 project configuration and

•ArcMap map document.

 

Save the changes of both

 

•WebOffice 10 R3 project configuration (use WebOffice author Save function) and

•ArcMap map document (use ArcMap Save function).

 

If WebOffice author informs you about validation errors (Validation archive gets opened automatically) then proceed to chapter Fix Validation Errors.

 

If WebOffice author displays the notification that no validation errors were found (see Figure WebOffice author validation notification) then ignore chapter Fix Validation Errors.
