If you just did create a new WebOffice 10 R3 project then you should open WebOffice 10 R3 administration pages. See chapter WebOffice Administration Pages for details.

In the Projects tab click the Reload projects list button. Now the WebOffice 10 R3 project created before with WebOffice author should appear.
