In the following steps you will see how to finish the migration to WebOffice 10.2:

2. After execution of the WebOffice 10.2 Migration Tool copy the migrated files from the downloaded folder into the respective directory of your WebOffice 10.2 SP3 application:

| o | application configuration: \WEB-INF\classes\configuration |
3. Copy potential WebOffice plotten and WebOffice ePaper templates folders into your arcgisserver directory
(See further information in chapter Publish the SynOutputService)
Note: WebOffice 10.2 uses MXD documents (SynPlotService.mxd and SynePaperService.mxd) for WebOffice plotten and WebOffice ePaper! They have to be located in the according template directory. In case you reuse the entire WebOffice 10R3 template directories, be sure to copy the MXD documents from the WebOffice 10.2 DVD (WebOffice10.2-DVD\Software\WebOffice extensions\WebOfficePlotTemplates\SynPlotService.mxd and WebOffice10.2-DVD\Software\WebOffice extensions\WebOfficePlotTemplates\SynePaperService.mxd).
4. Recover your Usermanagement database.

5. Copy the following files from the backed up WebOffice 10R3 directory into the directory of your WebOffice 10.2 SP3 application (e.g. C:\Tomcat\webapps\WebOffice)

| o | files from directory \client_workspace\basicresources\ (application specific adaptations - customized login page, project selection page) |

| o | files from directory \WEB-INF |
| o | files from directory \WEB-INF\work |
| ▪ | statistics (z.B. WebOffice.csv) |
| o | files from directory \WEB-INF\classes\configuration\license\ |
| ▪ | admin.properties (SynAdmin password) |
6. Delete the WebOffice work directory inside Apache Tomcat (z.B. C:\Tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost\WebOffice)
7. Restart Apache Tomcat Service
