Configure Legend Settings to control the way the dynamic legend will be created. It is an optional settings and if not configured, default settings are used. If this element is configured in the map elements, it globally controls the creation of dynamic legends. If configured on a specific print template, the settings will only be valid for this specific print template.

Text size

Define the font size for the dynamic legend. By default, font size 10 will be used.

Order by table of content?

Specifies whether to create the dynamic legend using the table of content order (Yes) or not (No).

Order by Geometry type?

Specifies whether to create the dynamic legend using the geometry type order (Yes) or not (No).

Minimal legend

Specifies whether to filter legend classes by actual feature display in the current map. This option may have an impact on print performance.

Trimmable entries

Maximum percentage of legend entries that may be postfixed with ... if the are too long for display.
