Using the parameter startmode it is possible to activate the tools CREATEPOINT, IDENTIFY, SELECTAREA, LOCATION, FTS, MAPTIP and ADDREMOVE initially (e.g. startmode=CREATEPOINT). The tool button is then set active, only map interaction by the user is needed.

 

It is possible to activate a tool initially but not show its button. This will cause, that the user cannot deactivate a tool. Therefore do not set the parameter activetools, e.g.:
