If the user adds a WMS service dynamically then it may be interesting to store the current map for later use. Users may do this by storing the current state of WebOffice 10 R3 client either using the Markup or Favorites/Bookmarks tool. If the user reopens the URL created by WebOffice 10 R3 client any time later then the WMS service will get added again to the map display. The layer visibility settings of the added WMS services will get restored exactly as well.
