The Tools configuration provides control
•Whether a specific tool is available or not in the WebOffice 10 R3 client (Use tool? property)
•On the specific tool behavior and parameters.
Most of the tools can be grouped (available in a tool group only) or ungrouped (available in the toolbar itself).
