For WebOffice flex specific configuration attributes are available in WebOffice author.
It's possible to configure specific icons as well as different gradient and text colors for each query (Option 1) or to make a general configuration that is valid for every query (Option 2). In case you wish to have the same settings for all queries except of one, then make the general settings first and afterward configure the settings for the specific query.
Option 1: configuring different attributes for each query

WebOffice 10 R3 flex specific query attributes - Configuration color gradient
With WebOffice 10 R3 it is possible to display more than five predefined queries (predefined query display will change from accordion view to value list view automatically if using compact search form). It is also possible to display the predefined queries in a drop down box. Choose No for the option Use compact search form in Common Settings.
