In SynAdmin tab Full-Text Search the following warning can appear:

The subindex configurations are being prepared. This page will be refreshed automatically as soon as all project configurations have been analyzed.

 

This message occurs if all projects show the state "project initialized" but some services are still not available due to long initialization phase. This sometimes can happen if the Full-Text Search tab in SynAdmin is opened directly after starting Tomcat/WebOffice. Make sure that all services are available and update status.
