The tool "Add AGS Web Service" opens a form where a ArcGIS online service can be added either via an URL or out of a list of predefined services.

Add AGS Online Service in HTML client
The AGS Web Service will be added on the top of the table of content and can be moved up and down/removed as desired. Additionally, map service properties (transparency and timeout) can be changed and the added ArcGIS online service can be printed.
