Note: In order to use the tool "Add ArcGIS (Online) Service" the project has to base on a cached map service.

 

Note: When creating a project, be aware of using WGS84 Web Mercator (Auxiliary Sphere) as coordinate system because it is also used by the ArcGIS Online services.
