It is recommended to use the configuration element or option, called Advanced Custom Tool, to configure a Custom Tool (named "x"), for which an input list, including the digitized coordinates from the map in WebOffice 10 R3 Client, or a list with selected objects is submitted.
Note: When using a advanced custom tool, a new tool form will be opened. Other tools cannot be either activated or used.

Layer ID |
Layer ID of the layer in the map that gets set as active layer if the tool is used by the user. |
Key field |
Key field in layer used for passing object keys to the external web application. |
Tool mode |
Tool mode: •Click point: User clicks into the map. Input will be one point (x / y coordinate), •Select box: User specifies a box (click and drag), •Line: User specifies a line, •Polygon: User specifies a polygon, •None: No interaction with the map is necessary. |
Layer ID (HTTP Get/Post parameter) |
Layer ID passed as parameter to the external web application. |
Key field - URL parameter name |
Name of parameter passed to external web application as URL parameter. If no URL parameter name is used then the name of the layer key field will be used. |
