Custom function fields

Configure Custom function fields, if you want to give the user the possibility to fill function fields with any desired field values by the help of a form in WebOffice 10.8 SP2. The function values written in the form are displayed in the WebOffice ePaper report.

Value in print template

ID of field value

ID of field value in print layout. The ID of the specified function fields can be found out in the suitable submenu of the node WebOffice ePaper template (file name). For example the ID of field value for the field function Title is title_value).

End user may change?

Specifies whether the user may change or set the value in the print tool form. Function fields that are not changeable are shown in the form, but they can not be changed.

Optional?

If the Field is not optional the user will have to put a value in the field.

Note: Reserved fields like title, organization, address, creator, creation date, copyright can not be used for custom function fields. If someone needs to use a name like "title" the custom function field has to be called "my_custom_title". If custom function fields conflict with the reserved fields a warning will be shown in the logfile.
