Update SynOutputService.mxd to version from 03.11.2016

oFor new customers/installations we recommend to use the SynOutputService directly from the WebOffice 10.4-DVD (WebOffice10.4-DVD/Software/WebOffice directories/ServiceDocuments/SynOutputService) - in this case continue with Publish the SynOutputService.

oExisting customers can expand their configurations with the following pacakge: http://resources.weboffice.mysynergis.com/WebOffice104/Misc/20161103_SynOutputService_RasterUploadAddOn.zip

Overwrite the existing SynOutputService.mxd with the MXD from the ZIP.

Copy the four syn_upload_raster.gdb and the four syn_upload_raster folder from the ZIP to the directory with the other GDBs.
wo_upgrade_104sp1_to_104sp2_02

Overwrite the existing map service based on the new SynOutputService.mxd
wo_upgrade_104sp1_to_104sp2_03

Add four dynamic workspaces for the syn_upload_raster folder to the SynOutputService within the appropriate service properties. Use the following ids for the workspaces:
syn_upload_raster_01
syn_upload_raster_02
syn_upload_raster_03
syn_upload_raster_04

Note: In this case the existing workspace syn_upload_raster can be removed.

Note: The dynamic workspace for the syn_upload_raster_01 fGDB is not used anymore.
