Upgrade WebOffice 10.2 SP2 to 10.2 SP3 |

When upgrading your WebOffice application from 10.2 SP2 to 10.2 SP3 consider the following requirements:
| • | Installation of the latest Esri patches for ArcGIS 10.2 for Desktop, ArcGIS 10.2 for Server and ArcGIS Engine |
Follow the steps from Upgrade ArcGIS.
| • | Uninstallation of WebOffice author |
| • | Installation of WebOffice author 102.1.3.2 (or higher) |
Follow the steps in Upgrade WebOffice author.
| • | Uninstallation of WebOffice extensions 10.2 |
| • | Installation of WebOffice extensions 10.2 SP3 (build 8732 or higher) |
Follow the steps in Upgrade WebOffice extensions 10.2.
Note: Please consider, that your specified user of the COM+ services and the SynerGIS WebOffice extensions service have to be re-configured after the installation of the WebOffice extensions 10.2. See chapter Adapt COM+ Applications for more details.
| • | Installation of WebOffice usermanagement Admin Web 10.2 SP3 (build 10.230.0.1 or higher) |
Follow the steps in Upgrade UserManagement Admin Web.
| • | Update to SynPlotService.mxd from 16.10.2014 |
Re-change the SynPlotService.mxd in your WebOfficePlotTemplates directory. Find more details in Publish the SynOutputService.
Note: Please consider, that any specific settings regarding geographic transformations on the data frame "print" have to be re-configured after the update of the SynPlotService.mxd. See chapter Support Printing with Various Coordinate Systems for details.

Check the following settings of your SynOutputService:
The resampling ratio should be set to '1' for the best print quality. See chapter Activate SOE on a Map Service for more details.
Set anti-aliasing to normal for better results with markups. See chapter Publish the SynOutputService for more details.
