Upgrade WebOffice author

Please take the following steps to update WebOffice author. Consider the notes in the respective README file before starting the upgrade.

 

Uninstall WebOffice author

Uninstall WebOffice author via Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features. Be sure that ArcMap/ArcCatalog are closed.

 

Note: If problems occur during uninstall, please, consider also the notes in chapter Install/Uninstall Problems during Setup Process.

 

Install WebOffice author

Follow the directions in chapter Install WebOffice author in order to install a newer version of WebOffice author.
