The Tools configuration provides control

whether a specific tool is available or not in the WebOffice 10.2 SP3 clients
the specific tool behavior and parameters

For the WebOffice html client most of the tools can be grouped (available in a tool group only) or ungrouped (available in the toolbar itself), others are not assigned to a specific group. Besides structuring the WebOffice 10.2 SP3 toolbar by configuring tool groups, it is also possible to provide an easier overview by prioritizing tools.

Note: See chapter Toolbar for details about the prioritization of tools.

Note: See chapter Tools to see the difference between tool groups and prioritized tools in the WebOffice html client.
