The WebOffice extract server - extract data tool is the geodata extraction module which provides powerful export functionality for the WebOffice html client:

In order to use WebOffice extract server you have to purchase the following licenses:

WebOffice extract server - extract data tool properties

Note: You need to activate the WebOffice extract server extension on your SynOutputService (or the specific ArcGIS Server Extract Service) as described in Activate SOE on a Map Service.
Note: In WebOffice usermanagement, be sure that you have configured an Application Profile that includes the WebOffice - Export (Standard) Application Role and assigned to a group.
