Email Map Across Applications

The element Email Map across Applications allows you to save a link in the current map which can be opened later in another WebOffice 10.9 R4 application in a different project. This link may be sent using the tools Free Labeling, Meeting Point or Email Map.

An example use case: A backoffice employee (intern application) sends a markup to an external service employee (external application) in case of maintenance work. The service employee is able to open the external project with the necessary markups and accomplish the maintenance work.

The element has to be configured both in the external and the intern application! If the configuration is done in only one of the application a notification in the client will appear saying that the transfer did not work (The specified state could not be found by WebOffice). Furthermore, the relevant information can be logged in the log file by setting the log category CONFIG, CONTROLLER & UTIL to level DEBUG. During project initialization a list of checked respectively appropriate configurations for external applications will be logged.

In case, email map across applications is to be allowed in only one of the applications, the parameter Suppress choice? has to be set to Yes in the relevant application (see below).

The regarding projects defined with this parameter need to be of the same projection.
