3D Measuring
This custom tool allows the user to display the 3D measurement functionality as a custom tool in the WebOffice core client toolbar. This function was designed so that the standard WebOffice measuring tool for Measure Point, Measure Distance and Measure Area with 3D profile measurement is started automatically after each finished geometry.

For 3D measuring at least an elevation layer hast to be configured. See chapter Height Info Raster Layers ff. for details. |
Project requirements:
•configured WebOffice 10.9 R4 Measure Tool of the given type
•configured 3D Measure possibilities of the given type
Configuration:
Configure the custom tool ToolMeasure3D.jsp from the directory C:\Tomcat\webapps\<WebOffice application>\pub\custom_tools\measure3D as described:
(1) Web Integration - Custom tool
Configure a Web integration - custom tool with the following parameters:
URL of external page: pub/custom_tools/measure3D/ToolMeasure3D.jsp?type=point|line|polygon|empty
JavaScript function: callFromWO
Tool icon: pub/images/customtool/point3D.png|distance3D.png|area3D.png

(2) Static Custom Tool
Configure a Static Custom Tool.
Keep all other default settings in the Application with static hyperlink sub-node.
(3) Display mode IFrame
Configure for iFrame display mode the window type Hidden.
Usage in WebOffice core client:
Custom tools can be added to the Ribbons in WebOffice core client, depending on the geometry type. After starting the tool and setting the desired geometry, the dialog window with the measurement result data of the 3D profile object opens automatically.
