ArcGIS Service
Add an ArcGIS service in the WebOffice core client
The tool ArcGIS Service offers two ways to add an ArcGIS Online service:
▪Entering an ArcGIS Online URL
▪Selecting from predefined services
Note: The second option is not considered if no list of predefined ArcGIS Online services is specified in the WebOffice 10.9 R4 project configuration.
Entering an ArcGIS Online URL
Enter a correct URL of the ArcGIS Online map service in the field provided. Optionally the map service name (name displayed in the table of content) and/or a username and a password can also be specified.

Selection of predefined services
Predefined services are listed in the middle box of the tool window. Select the service you want to add to the project and change the name of the map service name if necessary. By clicking the button you can also display additional meta information of the ArcGIS Online service.

Add Service
No matter which option is selected, clicking the button Add Service adds the desired Service to the WebOffice 10.9 R4 project. The service is added to the table of content dynamically. Via the context menu, the service can be moved within the table of content, some map service properties (e.g. degree of transparency) can be changed or the map service can be removed.

If an ArcGIS Online service has been added dynamically, it may be useful to save this service for later reuse. The Add to Bookmarks tool can be used to save the current state of the WebOffice core client. If the URL created by WebOffice 10.9 R4 is opened later, the ArcGIS Online service will be added to the map again, and the layer visibility settings will also be saved.
Note: Further information on configuring the Add ArcGIS Online / Server Service tool in WebOffice author standalone can be found in chapter ArcGIS Service.
Note: For more information on how to save a current state of the WebOffice core client as a Bookmark in the browser, see chapter Add to Bookmarks.
