Add to Bookmarks
Add to Bookmarks tool in the WebOffice core client
The Add to Bookmarks tool enables users to store the current state of the WebOffice core client as browser favorite respectively bookmark. This state will include the current settings of:
•map extent
oposition
oscale
•map view
•language
•layer visibilities
•markups
After clicking the tool a browser dialog pops up to enter a name for the favorite and to specify where to store the favorite.
Confirm the bookmark
Note: If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox, you might have to confirm to add a bookmark due to security restrictions. Click Add Bookmark again to proceed to the browser dialog.
No support for adding bookmarks by script
Note: It might happen that your browser does not support adding bookmarks by script. In this case, you can copy the link and create the bookmark manually.

Adding Bookmarks with Active WebOffice usermanagement
Whenever you want to add a bookmark while WebOffice usermanagement is activated, the tool dialog will look slightly different and will offer more options. If previous project states are available, they get listed in the first box, from where you can either load or delete them or you enter a name for a new project state and save it. User can only load or delete project states created by themselves. By clicking Create Bookmark you can add the project state to your browser favorites as described above. Existing project statuses can be overwritten with Update.
