Adding Bookmarks with Active WebOffice usermanagement

Whenever you want to add a bookmark while WebOffice usermanagement is activated, the tool dialog will look slightly different and will offer more options. If previous project states are available, they get listed in the first box, from where you can either load or delete them or you enter a name for a new project state and save it. User can only load or delete project states created by themselves. By clicking Create Bookmark you can add the project state to your browser favorites as described above. Existing project statuses can be overwritten with Update.
