- off: The element is not shown (switched to invisible)

Minimum scale

Minimum scale.

If set to 0 then this value does not get taken into consideration and the layer visibility scale range specified in the MXD document is relevant only.

If, e.g. for scales < 1:100,000 the map should not be displayed anymore then configure the value 100000.

icon_comment

This parameter does not affect the scale levels taken into consideration by the MapTip tool. This parameter is exclusively used to reduce map image transfer between client and server.

Maximum scale

Maximum scale.

If set to 0 then this value does not get taken into consideration and the layer visibility scale range specified in the MXD document is relevant only.

If, e.g. for scales > 1:100,000 the map should not be displayed any more, then configure the value 100000.

icon_comment

This parameter does not affect the scale levels taken into consideration by the MapTip tool. This parameter is exclusively used to reduce map image transfer between client and server.

Expanded in TOC?

Specifies if the map service is displayed expanded (on) or collapsed (off) in the table of content.

icon_cross-reference

Default value auto provides expanded map services when starting a WebOffice 10.9 R4 project. See chapter Table of Content for details.

Expandable in TOC?

Specifies if the map service can be expanded or not. If not then the user is only able to switch the visibility of the whole service but not for individual layers of this service.

Visibility changeable by user?

Specifies if the map service visibility can be changed by the user.

icon_comment

Please consider, that the map service visibility cannot be changed within a basemap view.

Transparency level [%]

Transparency level [%]. Useful for blending map services.

icon_comment

If a value other then 0 is used, performance may drop down because of necessary image blending.
