The menu item Edit project is divided into several sections:

Save project

Common: Covers all aspects valid on project level

WebOffice: WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1-specific configuration

Maps: All configurations that are relevant for the maps

External: External services like Geolocators, Network analysis or WFS-services

Core: core client specific configurations (Ribbons, Quick tools, Time awareness)

Shows the entire configuration of your project.

Project

Used for configuring properties of the WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1 project itself like e.g. the name displayed in the WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1 clients.

Using user name and password, a simple access restriction can be configured.

Common Settings

In the common settings important properties like the e-mail of the system administrator can be configured.

Customer Information

Using customer information names, logos and URL's displayed in the WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1 clients can be configured. This is used to quickly implement some aspects of corporate identity/corporate design guide.

Database Connections

If you need direct access to relational database tables (e.g. for querying tables, for relating layers with tables via join (1:1) or relate (1:N) relation or for using lookup tables) then you can configure JDBC database connections here.

Configuring a database connection does not mean installing the JDBC database driver. This must be done separately by the system administrator on the WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1 application server.

List of geo bookmarks

Geo-bookmarks enable administrators to specify a set of geographical extents and name them. Geo-bookmarks can be created in ArcMap and used for WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1 or be created directly in WebOffice author.

Here, network analyses can be included in the form of ArcGIS Server network analysis services. This allows, for example, the catchment area of a site, the optimal route through a city, and the like to be displayed in WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1 can be made possible.

Time Awareness

With WebOffice 10.9 R2 SP1 it is possible to visualize transformations using a time slider. Through this slider it is possible to select different dates or periods and the time-related content will be shown accordingly in the map image.
