Setting up an Oracle User Management database

Create a database schema, note down the user credentials of the database schema owner user.

Configure the database connection information in the web.config file of User Management Admin Web and start User Management Admin Web application in the Web Browser.

Follow the steps in the User Management Admin Web database upgrade/creation wizard.
