A MS Access database can be secured by a password. Password secured access is supported by User Management Admin Web.

To secure a MSAccess database by a password just follow the instructions given by your product description, e.g. search the online help of Microsoft Office Access 2007 for “Encrypt a database by using a database password”.

The given password has to be encrypted by the tool shipped with UserManagement Admin Web --> see “Creating an encrypted  Password”

The access to the MSAccess database in UserManagement Admin Web is limited to the user “admin” and the set password.
