Select objects by moving them from the left list to the right. You can do this by either

•Double clicking the object on the left hand side

•Selecting one or multiple objects and pressing the arrow button,

•Pressing the double arrow button for selecting all listed objects

Double clicking an object selects it

Selecting multiple entries (keep e.g. Ctrl key pressed for doing this)
