For administering Esri ArcGIS Server Standard, two tools are available:
•ArcCatalog,
•ArcGIS Server Manager.
Most of the functionalities of the two tools are identical, anyway administering custom server extensions (e.g. WebOffice plot extension) and generating map caches is possible with ArcCatalog only. Therefore ArcGIS Server Manager is not supported administering Esri ArcGIS Server map services for WebOffice projects!
