Set ArcGIS Server Administration Account in WebOffice Application Configuration:

WebOffice 10 R3 needs to connect to ArcGIS Server using an ArcGIS Server admin account (member of local agsadmin users group) in order to read some important configuration properties from ArcGIS Server.

 

Note: The configuration properties read from ArcGIS Server are important for optimizing access to cached services (of type pre-rendered and Cache on demand).

 

Please verify first, that the user credentials you want to configure are credentials of a windows user who is member of the local agsadmin user group on the ArcGIS Server machine (where SOC processes run). If you have multiple ArcGIS Server machines, then on each of those machines this account must be member of the local agsadmin users group!

 

Follow the steps listed below.
