On administrative computer (WebOffice author) as well as on UserManagement Admin Web Server, Windows .NET Framework 3.5 is required.
Note: .NET Framework 3.5 should be already available by default on your up-to-date Windows Server system. If problems arise during installation of WebOffice author with .NET Framework 3.5, then install .NET Framework 4.0 Full package on your computer. The installation files of .NET Framework 4.0 Full package can be accessed through one of the following links. Keep in mind to choose the full installation (full package) when installing .NET Framework 4.0.
