Description

Use tool?

Control if this tool is available in the WebOffice Client or not.

Do high resolution export by default?

Specifies whether exports should by default have high resolution.

Note 1: In case "No" is configured and an additional MSD service is used, then the MSD service will also be used during export. Detailed information about linking of MXD and MSD services may be found in chapter Support for Map Hybrid Mode – linking MXD and MSD Service together.

Note 2: A high resolution export of cached MXD services is not supported, instead use cached MSD services. In order to work properly the image size of the requested image has to be adapted (check ArcGIS Online Help for further information on how to adapt the map service's max image dimensions: http://help.arcgis.com/en/arcgisserver/10.0/help/arcgis_server_dotnet_help/index.html#//0093000000mr000000)

DPI number for high-resolution export

Resolution (in DPI) for Export in high resolution.

The value is usually a multiple of 96 (192 or 288). The low resolution export works with the resolution of the screen (96 DPI). An export with less than 96 DPI is not allowed.

The button "Copy map to Word" works with all versions of Microsoft Word but is only available in MS Internet Explorer because this function uses ActiveX. This behaviour can not be influenced by SynerGIS.

The image format of the exported image is taken from the image blending setting in WebOffice application configuration (see chapter Image blending for details).

If several MS Word documents are opened, a list box to choose the target document is displayed.
