Hierarchical Editing with Lookups

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

WebOffice also supports interdependent editing fields with configured lookups. The hierarchy of these fields is configured in the same way as described in chapter Editing with interdependent Fields. In addition, it is necessary to create list of lookup definitions on the edit layer in the project configuration (detailed information about the configuration of lookup definitions can be found in chapter List of Lookup Definitions).

Note: Hierarchical editing with lookups will only work if the field name of the feature class is the same as in the lookup data field. Because of this special type of configuration, hierarchical editing with lookups does not provide multiple language functionality.
