For each Print format you want to provide to the user, configure a new Print format element.

Note: Please check if the configured ‘Template ID’ and the file name of the Layout file (.layout) in the print layout directory are identical (case sensitive).

 

If you want to configure multiple Print formats, then configure and test one by one, i.e. finish a Print format and then configure the next Print format.
