Whenever you change some of the Service properties and click OK or Submit finally then you change the ArcGIS Server Map Service properties.

 

Note: In order to let the ArcGIS Server Map Service changes take effect in your WebOffice 10 R3 client, you must at least perform the action ‘Reload resources for WebOffice 10 R3 project’ for the WebOffice 10 R3 projects using this map service.

 

 

Typical changes of a map service are

 

•Change from dynamic to type cached or type Cache on demand,

•Change of the cache tiling scheme of a cached service,

•Output URL or directory, cache URL or directory,

•Etc.
