Layers
Use the Layers wizard to create, modify or delete layers. Use this wizard especially then, if you want to remove a layer from your WebOffice usermanagement database that is outdated. Layers usually are created automatically in the UMDB when synchronizing the base data via WebOffice author standalone.

•When deleting a layer from the WebOffice usermanagement database, all group permissions for this layer will also be deleted automatically. •Before creating a new layer in the UMDB manually, you have to create the according Service first. •Before creating a new layer in the UMDB manually, you have to create the according Feature Class first. |
When modifying an existing layer, first select a service.

In the next step select the layer of interest by moving it to the right side.

Step three shows you several details of the layer information saved in the UMDB.
