WebOffice author automatically keeps the UserManagement database (UMDB) base data in sync when using the UserManagement option in the basic settings menu. From now on when saving a project configuration, WebOffice author saves changes

•to the project configuration file as well as

•to the User Management database

 

 

 

Note: For detailed information about the UserManagement database connection in the basic settings, see chapter Settings.

 

Anyway, note that with WebOffice author standalone it is only possible to access UserManagement databases with data model Version 10.8 SP2. It is strongly recommended to upgrade the UserManagement to Version 10.8 SP2.
