The status bar is located at the bottom of the WebOffice core Client. It activates while usage of the project (e.g. queries) and gives the user the opportunity to execute various actions with the current content like minimized windows, available functions and the download center.

The status bar contains specific tools for respective search result views. If configured, you can create an WebOffice ePaper report, extract geodata, export the search result as an Excel file or reset all filters in the search result view via the status bar. The following example shows the part of the status bar, which contains the tools for a specific search result view:

Status of requests
The WebOffice core client displays the current status as well as the current number of open requests within the right pane of the status bar:

A red icon indicates existing open requests. Additionally, the number of open requests to be processed is also displayed within this icon.
Note: Since conventional browsers such as Internet Explorer or Firefox do not allow more than two open requests within a browser session at the same time, it is important to know how many requests are still open during an active WebOffice session.
Minimization of freely positionable dialogue boxes
It is possible to minimize freely positionable dialogue boxes. The minimized windows are displayed in the status bar and can be re-opened by click:

Via the status bar of the WebOffice core client it is also possible to open the so called download center. The download center contains current session data and can be opened via the following button in the status bar:

The following screenshot shows the dialogue box of the download center. The download center stores saved positions as links, created Excel exports, created WebOffice ePaper reports, created print outputs or saved favorites. This information is available during the entire session of a WebOffice 10.8 SP2 project and is clearly grouped within the dialogue box:

The profile repository is used for storing relevant information in User Management. It is displayed by the same icon as used for the download center in the status bar. However, the profile repository is only available with activated user management. In the profile repository, searches or map views created for the user are saved and can be reused the next time the user logs in.
The tool WebOffice ePaper enables the user to create a dynamic report from WebOffice 10.8 SP2. Therefore the tool has a large range of functions to integrate hyperlinks, images and documents. If a WebOffice ePaper report is configured in a result, WebOffice ePaper templates can be chosen from the status bar. These templates are displayed in a drop down menu.

Furthermore it is possible to integrate dynamic fields, which can be filled out directly by the user. Therefore a dialog box opens, while the process of creating a WebOffice ePaper report, containing the editable fields.

After construction of a WebOffice ePaper report, a preview will be displayed, which can be downloaded in the defined data-format.
