Fit Area to Data Frame

Scale Area

You can indicate a scale range (from/to) with an increment. Depending on the size of the object, the scale is selected that can only just display the entire object.

Scale List

You can indicate a scale list of values separated by comma. Depending on the size of the object, the scale is selected that can only just display the entire object.
