WebOffice author automatically keeps the UserManagement database (UMDB) base data in sync when using the UserManagement option in the basic settings menu. From now on when saving a project configuration, WebOffice author saves changes

•to the project configuration file as well as

•to the User Management database

 

 

 

Note: For detailed information about the UserManagement database connection in the basic settings, see chapter Basic Settings.

 

Anyway, note that with WebOffice author for ArcGIS 10.7.1 it is only possible to access UserManagement databases with data model Version 10.7 SP1 (e.g. you can not store data into a UserManagement database version 10 or older). It is strongly recommended to upgrade the UserManagement database from 10 to Version 10.7 SP1 then.
