WebOffice author (ArcMap extension) > Edit Menu > General Category > Common Settings > Categories

The list of map view categories specifies the categories for grouping map views. Using the group function, it is possible to provide map views to a user in a structured way.

Category prefix	Text before each category name in the compact display
Category suffix	Text after each category name in the compact display
Query prefix	Text before each map view name in the compact display

Note: After various map view categories have been defined in this entry point, you will have to relate these categories to configured map views. See chapter Map View for details.

Note: If you do not relate every configured map view to an according map view category, all unclassified map views will be listed automatically in a category "Other map views".
