The WebOffice 10.4 SP2 Sample Project is the default WebOffice project that comes along with the WebOffice10.4-DVD. It was designed to provide a quick overview about WebOffice 10.4 SP2 functionality with the minimum of necessary configuration. Go through the following chapters to see how to publish the WebOffice Sample Project with standard functionality as well as activating advanced functions like editing or geoprocessing.
In WebOffice10.4-DVD\SampleProject\WebOffice directories Add-On\ServiceDocuments you can find the following folder:
•SampleProject: contains all the sample data stored in file geodatabases and the MXD documents used in the WebOffice Sample Project.
In WebOffice10.4-DVD\SampleProject you can find the following folders:
•Data: contains files for the activation of Geoprocessing and the usermanagement.
•Project: contains several files ranging from files for the activation of Multilingual Legends to the project configuration.
•WebOffice directories Add-On: contains several files ranging from samples for WebOffice ePaper templates to file geodatabases for the activation of Geoprocessing.
SampleProject\WebOffice directories Add-On\ServiceDocuments\SampleProject
The main geodatabase is the SampleProject.gdb which contains all data needed to run the WebOffice Sample Project with standard functionality. Use the other remaining file geodatabases if you want to activate advanced functionality like editing, upload geotagged images, etc.
•Data
oEditing.gdb: needed to Activate Editing for the WebOffice Sample Project
oSampleProject.gdb: base data needed to set up the SampleProject.
oUploadGeotaggedImages.gdb: needed to Activate Upload Geotagged Images for the WebOffice Sample Project.
•mxds: contains all MXD documents used in the WebOffice Sample Project.
SampleProject\Data
•Geoprocessing: needed to Activate Geoprocessing for the WebOffice Sample Project.
oGeoprocessing.gdb: contains two toolboxes, one with a model and one with a script.
oCalculateSewerProperty.py: Python script that is linked to one of the toolboxes.
•UMDB: contains a sample of an exported usermanagement database needed for Activate WebOffice usermanagement.

•multilang_legend: contains XML files to Activate Multilingual Legends for the WebOffice Sample Project.
•SampleProjectPub: contains several files ranging from files for the activation of Quicktools to files for Custom Tools.
•UploadSamples: provides samples for different file types to use the Add Local Geodata and Add Geotagged Images tools with the WebOffice Sample Project.
•WebOffice_SampleProject.xml: The project configuration file to run the WebOffice Sample Project.
SampleProject\WebOffice directories Add-On
•WebOfficeePaperTemplates: contains two sample WebOffice ePaper templates used when Activating WebOffice ePaper for the WebOffice Sample Project.
•WebOfficeGeoprocessing: contains file geodatabases used when Activating Geoprocessing for the WebOffice Sample Project.
•WebOfficeLayerFiles: contains layer files both used for Simple Thematic Mapping and Activate Geoprocessing for the WebOffice Sample Project.
•WebOfficeUpload: contains images used when Activating Upload Geotagged Images for the WebOffice Sample Project.
Note: The data for the WebOffice Sample Project were provided by the city of Graz. Only use them for setting up the WebOffice Sample Project.
