Note: SynerGIS recommends to use the latest version of the basic software: ArcGIS 10.4 for Desktop.
On the computer for administrating the ArcMap document and the WebOffice 10.4 SP2 project configuration ArcGIS 10.4 for Desktop has to be installed.
