This Custom Tool gives users the opportunity, to publish a map view from the WebOffice 10.4 SP2 projectconfiguration as a webmap. The webmap can be published in certain folders of the ArcGIS Portal or in ArcGIS Online.

 

(1) Web-Integration - custom tool

Configure a custom tool in the tool group web integration containing the following parameters:

URL of external page: pub\custom_tools\webmap\saveas\swm_agol.jsp

 

 

 

(2) Static Custom Tool

Use the option "Static" for the Custom Tool.

 

 

 

In the WebOffice core Client the custom tool will be displayed on the right side. all the fields need to be filled out, including the login details of the portal.

 

Note: to save the wepmap in a specific folder of the Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online, only the FolderID can be used. The FolderID can be detected, using the addItem request while uploading data to the  Portal for ArcGIS or ArcGIS Online (e.g. http://austria.maps.arcgis.com/sharing/rest/content/users/wo_sysel/1da1c5fff3794c0eb7e3551122fcfd4b/addItem).
