With WebOffice 10.4 SP2 it is possible to use special videos, which are recorded in course of an inspection. The following paragraphs will describe the use and appearance of such videos within the WebOffice core client.
Note: Please consider, that this feature is currently only available in a Beta version. Due to the fact that a special data model is used for the use and appearance of such videos within the WebOffice core client, this feature has to be considered in a project context. If you are interested in the use of videos in WebOffice 10.4 SP2, which are recorded in the course of an inspection, please contact the WebOffice Support & Services team (web-support@mysynergis.com).
Videos
The videos of an inspection are linked with a special search result. When you identify or select the appropriate video symbology in your map window, a button appears on the left side of the search result (like the buttons for the integration of external applications).

Open an inspection video via a search result
After clicking the appropriate button, a new window appears which can be used as a player for the video. There you also have a special menu for your interactions:
1 - Play / Stop: The Play-Button can be used to start the video. After the video was started, the Play-Button switches to the Stop-Button, which can be used to stop the video at any point.
2 - Switch to image: After stopping the video it is possible to switch to the nearest panorama image.
3 - Timeslider: By using the appropriate timeslider it is possible to switch to a special point of time in the video. After clicking this button, the respective menu for the panoramas will be available.

Video player
If a special data model is available, it is also possible to display distance information in the video. For fine-tuned control in the video, two control elements are provided on both sides of the video window. This allows the user to jump back and forth in the video frame by frame.

Displaying the kilometers in the window that shows the video
In addition to the possibility to select driving videos via the selection tool, the videos can also be selected using a custom tool.
