Note: WebOffice 10.3 SP2 supports ArcGIS 10.3 and ArcGIS 10.3.1 (as well as ArcGIS 10.2.1 and 10.2.2).

Important Note: SynerGIS recommends the installation of WebOffice 10.3 based on released ArcGIS 10.2.1/10.2.2, but not for ArcGIS 10.3 due to the following reasons:

•	It is not possible to publish OGC services on a server operating system with european language settings without any errors -> Esri BUG NIM000084759.

•	Caused to some changes in the Esri base technology, currently the WebOffice extensions components for 10.3 (plotten, ePaper, extract server) are not available.

Because of these reasons WebOffice 10.3 - in combination with ArcGIS 10.3 - is delivered without WebOffice extensions. So the output functionality of WebOffice 10.3 with ArcGIS 10.3 is reduced to Esri Print. All other functionalities are guaranteed in all supported versions.Please consider the following step to update WebOffice extensions 10.3.

Uninstall of WebOffice extensions

Uninstall the WebOffice extension via Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features.

Note: If problems occur during uninstall, also consider the notes in chapter Problems with WebOffice extensions 10.3 Uninstall.

Note: During the uninstall process of the WebOffice extensions 10.3 also the ArcGIS 10.2 Engine will be uninstalled. To avoid problems during the uninstall/install process, please ensure, that the ArcGIS 10.2 Engine still exists on the system before uninstalling the WebOffice extensions 10.3.

Installation of the WebOffice extensions

Follow the instructions in chapter Install WebOffice Extensions in order to install the current version of the WebOffice extensions 10.3.

Note for WebOffice extensions 10.3 with build number 9596 or lower: If you install the WebOffice extensions 10.3 please consider, that your specified user of the COM+ services and the SynerGIS WebOffice extensions service have to be re-configured. See chapter Adapt COM+ Applications for more details.
